Saturday teapot funds 10,600 meals

Once a month for the last three years, New Life Church has hosted Saturday Teapot. And whilst people tuck into the best homemade cake in Guernsey (in our calorie-loving opinion), Goal50s feeding programmes get a significantboost and hungry mouths get fed.

Since 2013, £3,500 has been raised which has resulted in an amazing 10,600 meals being provided. For many township families it’s the one cooked meal they’ll have in the course of a week. Plenty to think about over a cup of tea or coffee, so please pop in.
