Impressive schools made from discarded car tyres

This might sound crazy but the major ingredients of the proposed Goal50 Edu Hub are discarded car tyres, building rubble and rammed earth. This concept has been successfully used to develop a smaller Early Childhood Development Centre in Delft, a Western Cape township. The proposed Heideveld educational centre promises to be the largest sustainable building of its type in South Africa.

Goal50 is committed to the raising of £500,000 to give township children equal educational opportunities. These children are currently disadvantaged by poverty and resource. Will you come alongside the charity and give a future to many hundreds of young lives.
